Description: Iowa Select VBC operates an SMS and email messaging program to
communicate with volleyball club families about camp registrations, schedule changes, club updates, event notifications, promotional offers, and club announcements.

You must voluntarily opt-in to receive messages from us. Opt-in methods include:

• Online form submission on our website
• Paper consent at club registration or events
• Keyword text opt-in (text a keyword to our number)

Consent is not required to participate in club activities or programs.

We send two types of text messages:

Non-Marketing Messages: Camp registration confirmations, schedule changes, club updates, event notifications, practice logistics, weather cancellations, and other transactional communications.

Marketing Messages: Special offers, club promotions, announcements, promotional updates, and marketing communications.

Message frequency varies based on your preferences and club activities. You may receive multiple messages per week during active seasons or special events.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Iowa Select VBC is not responsible for charges incurred by your wireless provider.

You can unsubscribe at any time:

SMS: Reply "STOP" to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS communications. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply "HELP" for customer support assistance.

Email: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.

After opting out via SMS, you will not receive any further messages unless you opt-in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Iowa Select VBC and our SMS service providers are also not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by network conditions, device compatibility, carrier restrictions, or technical issues beyond our control.

We make no warranty that the messaging service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Our service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
