Kyle Condon is entering his 14th year of coaching volleyball. Kyle is one of the Co-Founders and Co-Directors of Iowa Select VBC. Growing up in Plainfield, IL (50 minutes from Chicago), Condon was a 3-year starter for Joliet Catholic Academy, earning honorable mention as a sophomore and 2x all conference awards. Kyle began his club career as Sports Performance in Aurora, IL and played in college at St. Ambrose University as an Outside Hitter and Libero. Condon was part of back-to-back Midwest Collegiate Conference regular season and conference title teams in 2010 and 2011, and helped the Bees to a 3rd place finish at the 2010 NAIA National Championships, and 2nd place finish in 2011.

After college, Kyle spent three years as the head varsity coach at Assumption High School and lead them to back-to-back state tournament appearances in 2012 & 2013. He began coaching club in 2010 with Stars & Spikes and lead several teams to Nationals, including a team that took 3rd place at the 2012 National Championships in Columbus, OH. Condon spent 4 years with Stars & Spikes before it became Iowa Select VBC.

Aside from Iowa Select, Kyle is also a full time real estate professional. Working with Ruhl & Ruhl and A2Z Real Estate Management, flipping houses and building a portfolio of rental properties and AirBnB vacation rentals. He enjoys reading and is very passionate about personal development. He loves spending time with his beautiful wife Alexis, his daughter Iris, and dog Gertrude. He also is still an active player and enjoys competing in outdoor tournaments over the summer.
