Kelly Kelley began coaching at Iowa Select during the 2018-19 season. She started the Youth Program with only 14 players, and it's grown tremendously since then.
Kelly played locally at North Scott High School and then went on to play at Truman State University. As a setter, she was an MIAA First Team selection and an AVCA All Region selection her senior year. She was also named MIAA Player of the Week four times during her career.
Upon graduating, Kelly returned to the area and coached at Davenport North High School as the head sophomore/assistant varsity coach. She's also coached at North Scott Junior High and Augustana College. Kelly, along with Shauna Cotton, also ran the PV Volleyball Club for two years.
Kelly works as an elementary school counselor for North Scott Schools. When she's not at work or down at the Volleyball Factory, she enjoys hiking, reading, playing pickleball, and shopping. She is married to Chad and they have three children, Liam (15), Carsyn (13), and Brogan (9).
"I am excited to be surrounded by people who encourage each other, provide support for one another, and who genuinely strive to look for the good in each other."
