Karrah Davis will be the 18 Mizuno head coach for the 2023-24 season.

Davis is currently the Assistant Coach Recruiting and Academic Support Coordinator for the University of Dubuque. In July of 2021 she returned to University of Dubuque, as a full-time assistant volleyball coach at the University of Dubuque. She was a four-time letterwinner on the Spartans volleyball team and most recently as a volunteer assistant coach after completing her graduate assistantship with the Spartans.

As a graduate assistant, she helped guide the Spartans two back-to-back American Rivers Conference Tournament Championships and into back-to-back berths in the NCAA Division III National Championships in 2018 and 2019. She was an American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-Central Region honoree in 2017, and an AVCA Honorable Mention All-American in 2017. Davis was an American Rivers Conference All-Conference selection in 2017 and 2016 as an outside hitter and was a two-time All-Academic Honoree (2017, 2016).
