With 34 years of coaching experience, including 32 years as the head varsity volleyball coach at Fulton High School, Coach  Stacy Germann has established a legacy of excellence, leadership, and dedication to student-athletes. As a newcomer to the area in 1995 and Fulton High School's volleyball program, Coach Germann transformed the program into one of the area's most respected and successful programs.

Over the course of an outstanding career, Coach Germann has amassed more than 600 victories while leading Fulton to 6 conference championships, 11 regional championships, 5 sectional appearances, 4 sectional titles, 4 super-sectional appearances, 1 super-sectional championship, and the program's state tournament appearance. She has claimed 132 All-Conferences and All-Area athletes, 3 of which were named All-Conference MVP’s.  These accomplishments reflect not only competitive success but also a commitment to developing athletes who excel both on and off the court.

Recognizing the need for additional opportunities for young volleyball players, Coach Germann, alongside her coaching staff, also founded the local 3D Volleyball Club. Coach Germann spent several years coaching 12U–14U club volleyball, playing a key role in developing players and strengthening the pipeline that contributed to the growth of her high school volleyball program. Through vision, hard work, and a passion for the sport for the past 25+ years the club grew into a thriving organization that has helped countless multisport athletes develop their skills and pursue their volleyball goals.

The success of Fulton High School volleyball and the growth of volleyball throughout the region stand as lasting testaments to Coach Germann's leadership, dedication, and influence on the game.
