This will be Sommer Daniel’s first year with Iowa Select as a coach and social media assistant. She is from Tipton, Iowa and graduated from Tipton High School. She has been playing volleyball since she was 8 years old and played club at Iowa Rockets and Adrenaline. She later went on to continue her career at the University of Utah playing both Indoor and beach volleyball. After 2 1/2 years at Utah she transferred to Ole Miss and played indoor for 3 years before graduating.
