Haley Doucet, coach of 15 White, is from Lombard, Illinois. A 2023 graduate of Montini Catholic High School, she is currently attending St. Ambrose University, where she is majoring in Elementary Education. Haley began playing volleyball in seventh grade through high-school-run camps before starting her club career at Chicago Elite Volleyball Club, where she competed through her 18s year. Where she then helped coach camps, clinics, youth programs, etc. During high school, she earned a state championship title in her junior season, marking one of the major highlights of her playing career.

At St. Ambrose University, Haley played during her first, second, and the beginning of her third year, and got to experience qualifying and going to nationals in her freshman season. Her passion for the sport naturally extended into coaching, and she most recently served as an assistant coach at Alleman Catholic High School during the 2025–26 season. Haley brings a strong competitive background, leadership experience, and a deep love for the game to every team she works with.
