Austin Adank

Austin has been playing volleyball competitively for 8 years through high school, club and college as a middle hitter for his entire athletic career. During his club seasons, he played for Naperville Volleyball Club. During his 18’s club season his team earned 3rd place at the St. Louis national qualifier and participated in nationals when it was held in Minneapolis, Dallas and Reno. In high school he was a part of Downers Grove South’s 2013 State Championship team where he was the starting middle hitter and captain of the team. Austin then went on to continue school at St. Ambrose University where he would compete on men’s volleyball team where in 2016 they won the conference title as well as finishing 3rd place in the national tournament. Austin was the co-captain of the 2017 St. Ambrose men’s team.

After some time away from the game, I am stoked to be able utilize the knowledge that I have gained my years as an athlete to help further the skillset of players on and off the court. Being able to help the Iowa Select Volleyball Club is a blessing to be able to give back to such unique and rewarding sport!”
