Jason Caffery will be the 15 Mizuno Head Coach for the 2023-24 season.

Caffery was born and raised in Wilton, Iowa, home of the Beavers, is beginning his 10th season of coaching volleyball. He has coached multiple age groups ranging from 9-year-olds to 15-year olds.

Caffery has coached many successful teams at the local level. He has also coached 2 teams to an Iowa regional championship earning National bids in 2019 and 2021.

His love of the game came from multiple summers competing in the sand and in adult power leagues.

When Jason is not in the gym, he enjoys time with his family: wife, Jaimie; daughters, Ella and Leah; son, Kale; pet, white Lab, Rona.
